The Role

Our client is seeking a hands-on Website Manager to take full ownership of their WordPress/Elementor site and transform it into a high-performing growth engine. This is an execution-focused role where you'll do much more than maintain pages - you'll run experiments, optimize funnels, and actively drive measurable results.

As the go-to website expert, you'll collaborate with marketing and PPC teams, launch CRO initiatives, and continuously find new ways to improve performance. If you're a problem-solver who thrives on testing, tweaking, and pushing for better outcomes, this role is built for you.


 

Your work will include

Website Management (70%):

  • Maintain and manage a WordPress/Elementor site.
  • Build new pages and update existing ones.
  • Quickly create campaign landing pages.
  • Be the main contact for all website-related requests.

Conversion Rate Optimization (30%):

  • Run A/B tests and heatmap analyses (VWO or similar).
  • Launch 2-3 major split tests per month.
  • Optimize funnels, user journeys, and landing pages.
  • Partner with the PPC director to boost campaign performance.


 

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Expert WordPress + Elementor knowledge.
  • Strong HTML/CSS (able to troubleshoot and edit code).
  • CRO tools: VWO or similar.
  • Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console.
  • Data-driven mindset with UI/UX awareness.
  • Strong English for accurate site/content management.

Nice-to-Have:

  • HubSpot forms, Zapier
  • Canva or other design tools
  • SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush)
  • Familiarity with AI's impact on SEO/CRO


 

Success Metrics:

  • 2 months: 2-3 live A/B tests
  • 6 months: measurable conversion uplift, especially on trial pages
  • Long-term: a proactive CRO pipeline driving ongoing improvements
