Job Description
Required:
- 1+ years of IT infrastructure production support experience
- Linux, Windows exposure
- Understanding mechanical system of the robots
- Intermediate spoken English level
Desired:
- Rabbit MQ or Kubernetes/Ansible experience
- SQL/SQL Server
Job Responsibilities
- Provide escalation support for short-term problem resolution activities
- Perform validation activities for support tools
- Ownership and resolving situations of the stuck bots, handling cases via validation; bots' cameras issues
- Ownership for new SW versions remote deployment to the production bots
- Creating documentation of system-level functionality from a support perspective.
- Work under pressure in restoring high-priority systems to operations
- Flexible work hours. Weekends shifts.

The Software Support Engineer is a focal point within the client's software and hardware organization for customer support activities. Specifically, in this role, the individual(s) will provide remote and field support to our customers and operations teams for the installation and configuration of the system supporting robotic hardware. The Software Support Engineer will work proactively and in response to ad-hoc support calls to ensure the software and hardware system is running properly in the production warehouse automation environments of our customer.
