MEGAVAST is an innovative IT company developing advanced software and code development tools that automate key stages of programming and project management. We are looking for a Project Analyst / Business Assistant in Kyiv — a proactive professional who will support company leadership in organizing operations, coordinating departments, and providing analytical insights for decision-making.

About the Role
In this role, you’ll combine organizational, communication, and analytical skills to help the executive and management team work efficiently, stay informed, and focus on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate communication between the executive and company departments.
• Monitor task completion and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collect and analyze data to prepare reports, summaries, and presentations.
• Attend meetings and prepare follow-up materials.

• Assist in solving day-to-day business tasks and special projects.

   

Requirements:

• Experience as a Business or Project Manager Assistance, or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with data.
• Excellent communication abilities for interaction with colleagues and partners.
• Proactive approach, high integrity, and accountability for results.
• Strong Intermediate English or higher.

• Confident use of Google Workspace tools.

   

Nice to Have:

• Degree in Management, Finance, Economics or Law.
• Experience preparing management reports or presentations.
• Knowledge in PM systems (Jira, Trello)
