Entrilia is a fast-growing invest-tech company building next-generation fund accounting software for Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Fund Administrators.

We’re seeking a Middle/Senior Software Engineer experienced in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and AL language to join our team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of complex features, design scalable solutions, and help shape our core product architecture.

You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and fund operations experts to deliver high-quality solutions used by leading investment firms. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as you’ll regularly interact with internal stakeholders and occasionally with clients.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and enhance Business Central extensions and integrations using AL language on the latest BC Online infrastructure
• Take ownership of end-to-end feature development, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability
• Collaborate with clients and product managers to translate business and accounting requirements into technical solutions
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold high engineering standards across the team
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, data accuracy, and integrity across environments
• Contribute to architectural discussions and help define best practices for Business Central development within Entrilia
• Support deployment, release processes, and internal technical documentation
• Present your work to internal teams and clients - explaining complex solutions clearly and effectively

You, Ideally

• 2+ years of professional experience in AL development for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong understanding of Business Central architecture, the extension model, and AL design patterns
• Experience integrating Business Central with external systems or APIs
• Familiarity with fund accounting or financial applications is a strong plus
• Proficiency with Git and Agile/Scrum development practices
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher, with confidence in both written and spoken communication
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Experience mentoring or leading technical discussions is a plus
