What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects.
• Build high-converting landing pages on WordPress aligned with each campaign.
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) to quickly create engaging content
• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results
• Segment and manage email lists to improve targeting and deliverability
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and layouts.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain consistent messaging and branding

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in email marketing and lead generation.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress and marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
• Ability to leverage AI tools for content creation.
• Analytical mindset with experience in performance measurement and optimization.
• Excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently across multiple projects and time zones.

Nice to Have

• B2B marketing experience (ideally in tech or legal services)
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic customization of landing pages
