Email Deliverability Specialist

We are looking for Email Deliverability Specialist. This role requires strong expertise in authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), DNS configurations, blacklist monitoring, as well as analytical and strategic thinking to maintain and improve sender reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high deliverability rates for transactional and marketing emails.

• Conduct audits and optimize email infrastructure.

• Proactively manage sender reputation and monitor blacklists.

• Set up systematic monitoring tools (Postmaster Tools, InboxAlly, etc.).

• Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to align strategies.

• Provide detailed reports and insights on key metrics (Open/Click/Bounce/Complaint Rate).

• Ensure compliance with international regulations (GDPR and others).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing or deliverability.

• Proven track record of improving deliverability performance.

• Strong knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS setup and troubleshooting.

• Experience with CRM platforms (Customer.IO, Sendgrid) and analytics (PowerBI, LookerStudio).

• Hands-on experience with warm-up and monitoring tools (Folderly, Warmy, GlockApps, etc.).

• Solid understanding of email infrastructure (dedicated/shared IPs, reverse DNS, ESP specifics).

• Knowledge of GDPR and other regional compliance requirements.

• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, ability to handle large datasets.
