Senior Data Scientist Offline

Projects: 10+ released free-to-play mobile casual games (puzzle genre), with ad monetization and long-term retention.
TEAM:
300+ people overall.
The BI & Analytics team includes 20 people, split into two sub-teams: Engineering and Data Science.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with large amounts of data from multiple sources to develop machine learning models for predicting users’ LTV in mobile games, user segmentation, and analyzing anomalies in data.
- Develop algorithms to personalize the gaming experience.
- Analyze the accuracy of the implemented models.
- Search for and propose new approaches to increase the accuracy of forecasts for key business indicators.
- Improvement of the current models using new data sources and approaches.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Solid knowledge of SQL.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying production-ready ML models.
- Deep understanding of ML algorithms and the ability to select the best fit for the task.
- Hands-on experience in analyzing model accuracy and performance with subsequent optimization.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Would be a plus:
- Experience with advertising technologies, mobile games, or business intelligence tools.
