We’re a multi-brand iGaming holding bringing together global teams and creative minds across Europe, Asia, LatAm, and Africa.
We build products that entertain, inspire, and connect people.
Now we’re looking for an HR Manager — someone who will make our onboarding smooth, our teams engaged, and our people feel truly part of something bigger .
What you’ll do
- Manage onboarding for new hires across multiple projects — from offer to first-day experience
- Support teams through adaptation, probation, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives
- Partner with leads and managers on people-related matters
- Plan internal events, team-building activities, and wellbeing initiatives
- Keep HR documentation neat and structured (PeopleForce or similar systems)
- Take part in shaping and improving HR processes across the holding
What we expect
- 1+ year of experience in HR / onboarding / internal communications (iGaming is a plus)
- Great communication and empathy skills
- Hands-on attitude, structured thinking, and creativity in solving people challenges
- English — Intermediate+
- Energy, curiosity, and readiness to grow with the team
