- A strong portfolio spanning multiple disciplines: brand, packaging, digital, print, and campaign work.
- Ability to think strategically about brand positioning and creative direction.
- Strong leadership skills: building teams, giving feedback, and fostering a collaborative culture.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite; bonus if you’re comfortable with Figma, 3D tools, or motion.
- Understanding of production processes (print, digital, photography, video).
- Strong written and spoken English (B2–C1).
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with DTC and e-commerce creative.
