Sales Development Representative
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential leads in the fintech, payments, banking, and e-commerce industries.
Qualify outbound leads to ensure a strong fit with our ICP.
Use LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other tools to reach decision-makers.Engage prospects through personalized outreach and nurture relationships.
Book qualified meetings and hand them over to Sales Managers.
Maintain accurate data and lead status updates in CRM.
Requirements:
1โ2 years of experience in lead generation, SDR (experience in SaaS, fintech will be plus).
Strong written and spoken English (B2+).
Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, CRM systems (HubSpot).
Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
A proactive and result-oriented mindset.
