Senior UI/UX Designer Offline

We are a young, ambitious, and fast-growing company that creates innovative digital products and confidently expands our presence in global markets.We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can turn product goals into clean, intuitive, and high-converting user experiences. What you’ll do:

• Strengthen UI/UX expertise for a multi-brand ecosystem, standardize UX flows, develop a unified design system, and improve overall visual quality of products
• Design and improve UX flows
• Build and maintain a unified design system across all brands
• Create adaptive page layouts (desktop, mobile)
• Develop promo banners, landing pages, and marketing pop-ups
• Configure and maintain UI kits in Figma
• Collaborate closely with PM, CRM, marketing, and frontend development teams
• Participate in internal design reviews and present solutions to stakeholders
• Mentor middle/junior designers in the team
  
   

What we expect:

• 4+ years of UI/UX design experience, solid knowledge of Figma, expertise in design systems, portfolio with UI/UX case studies
• English level B1+
• At least 2 years of experience as a UI/UX designer on large-scale projects
• Strong Figma skills: working with components, auto-layouts, tokens, prototypes, libraries
• Experience creating and using UI kits
• Understanding of UX design principles, user logic and behavior
• Ability to design visually appealing interfaces and creative layouts
• Experience working with multiple product in parallel, adapting style guidelines
• Basic understanding of frontend implementation (HTML/CSS) and adaptive layout
• Ability to present and justify design decisions
• Attention to detail and a high level of visual culture
• Experience collaborating with product teams, developers, and marketing
• Familiarity with AI tools (MidJourney, ChatGPT, Recraft, etc.)
