Graphic Designer (Digital and Print)
At Payop, we are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic FinTech team. The ideal candidate is creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with experience in both digital and print design. You will combine your design skills with an understanding of marketing goals, creating visuals that effectively engage our audience.
Requirements
- 1+ years in Graphic Design.
- Experience in both digital and print projects.
- Experience working with Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Worked on marketing campaigns, social media visuals, and presentations.
- Familiarity with typography, branding, and storytelling in design.
- English level B1 or higher, fluent in Ukrainian.
Responsibilities
- Follow the company brandbook to ensure all visuals stay consistent with our style, tone, and message. Suggest improvements or updates to the brandbook when trends, tools, or business needs change.
- Create eye-catching illustrations and simple videos for our blog, press releases, social media platforms, YouTube channel, and online ads. Adapt designs for different formats and platforms while keeping them engaging and on-brand.
- Design digital and print assets such as email graphics, event banners, and other campaign materials.
- Create branded merchandise (t-shirts, notebooks, tote bags, etc.) and design booth layouts for conferences and expos.
- Design visually engaging and easy-to-read presentations for sales, internal meetings, and external events. Ensure all presentations follow brand guidelines and tell a clear story.
- Stay updated on the latest AI design trends and techniques. Experiment with tools like Luma, Veo, Ideogram, and Midjourney to create unique concepts, speed up production, and explore new visual styles.
- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas that make people stop scrolling and pay attention ๐. Test and adapt creative ideas based on feedback and performance.
