Middle Вusiness Аnalyst

We are looking for a confident and creative person with a technical background (such as FE/BE/QA engineer, preferably but not necessarily). This person should possess all the basic BA skills, as well as a deeper technical understanding of the feature/product development process for smoother communication and interaction with the development team. 

Requirements:

1. English proficiency: Advanced or Fluent;
2. Background 2+ years of experience as BA/PO;
3. Proven experience in software requirements elicitation, analysis, and prioritization;
4. Communicative abilities, skills in conducting meetings with stakeholders;
5. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and related ceremonies;
6. Proven experience in writing project documentation (should provide story/bug/task/specification snippets).
7. Expertise with BPMN and UML (should provide examples from previous experience);
8. Experience in UAT;
9. Clear understanding of SDLC;
10. Basic understanding of APIs, database concepts, and system integrations.

Responsibilities:

1. Requirements elicitation, analysis, and prioritization;
2. High-level features decomposition into stories and tasks;
3. Backlog management;
4. Process modeling and diagramming;
5. Product documentation creation and management;
6. UAT;
7. Sprint Refinement & Planning;
8. Moderate pre-sale activities (25% of the allocation);
9. Working with the Design team to ensure that the design was created based on the requirements and best practices;
10. Deliver insights and recommendations based on Analytics and Market research.

Good knowledge of the following tools:

1. Jira;
2. Confluence;
3. Camunda/Miro/Lucid/Draw.io;
4. Figma;
5. [nice to have] AI no-code tools (Replit, Lovable, etc).
