Key Responsibilities

1. CRM Campaign Support and Execution

• Assist in creating and launching campaigns in Customer.io and Smartico (email, push, SMS).
• Build and update simple automated flows.
• Segment customer database based on campaigns, triggers, and behavioral events.
• Support bonus promotions: check conditions, prepare offers, and assist with communications.
• Prepare message drafts and social media posts together with copywriter and designer.
• Coordinate announcements and publications across social media channels.
• Track campaign performance using Google Sheets and internal reports.

2. Cross-team Collaboration and Task Management

• Work with tasks in ClickUp and Jira: create, receive, and monitor tasks related to CRM campaigns.
• Collect requirements from Marketing, Product, VIP, and Support teams.
• Take part in planning meetings for upcoming campaigns and promotions.
• Check readiness of creatives and content from designers and copywriters.

3. Reporting and Analytics

• Maintain internal information and tracking sheets in Google Sheets.
• Perform basic analysis of campaign performance and suggest improvements together with Senior CRM Manager.
