Middle AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for a Generative AI Specialist with hands-on experience in building AI agents, multi-agent systems, and LLM-powered applications. The ideal candidate should be passionate about applying modern AI frameworks and tools to solve real-world problems and eager to grow into a senior-level expert.

 

$500 welcome bonus

 

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 1+ year in Generative AI or LLM-based projects.
  • Practical experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of NLP, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
  • Experience with vector databases and embedding-based retrieval.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration.
  • Exposure to cloud environments (Azure, GCP, or AWS).

     

     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and basic CI/CD concepts.
  • Knowledge of observability tools for AI systems (LangSmith, W&B).
  • Understanding of data privacy and responsible AI principles.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-changing AI technologies.

     

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain AI agents and multi-agent systems using modern frameworks.
  • Implement LLM-based solutions for NLP tasks such as summarization, Q&A, and conversational AI.
  • Work with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks to build RAG pipelines.
  • Integrate and manage vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Chroma) for semantic search and knowledge retrieval.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists to design scalable AI solutions.
  • Deploy and monitor AI applications on cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).
  • Follow best practices for security, compliance, and responsible AI.
