Senior GenAI Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Generative AI Specialist to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions, including AI agents and multi-agent systems, leveraging the latest Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in LLMs, NLP, and modern AI frameworks, with a strong background in agent-to-agent (A2A) communication protocols and multi-agent orchestration.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2+ years focused on Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
- Proven experience building AI agents and multi-agent systems using modern frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, etc.).
- Strong expertise in NLP, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Chroma).
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration and microservices architecture.
- Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
- Knowledge of A2A communication protocols, multi-agent orchestration frameworks (AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI Swarm), and coordination strategies.
- Solid understanding of data privacy, responsible AI principles, and model evaluation techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock) is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with observability tools for AI systems (e.g., LangSmith, Weights & Biases).
- Background in knowledge graphs, semantic search, or enterprise data integration.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI agents and multi-agent systems for real-world business use cases.
- Develop and optimize LLM-powered applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
- Architect and integrate vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Chroma) for RAG and semantic search solutions.
- Build and maintain retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and knowledge-grounded AI systems.
- Implement agent-to-agent (A2A) communication protocols and orchestration strategies for multi-agent collaboration.
- Evaluate and integrate multi-agent frameworks (e.g., AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI Swarm) for coordination and task delegation.
- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of AI solutions following cloud best practices.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and multi-agent orchestration.
