Business Analyst

We are a dynamically growing company in the iGaming sector, actively scaling up and looking for an experienced Middle+ Business Analyst who will help us make strategically sound decisions by analyzing key business metrics, optimizing processes, and developing effective product and marketing strategies.

Required skills and experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT (preferably in the iGaming sector);
• Experience using and knowledge of core business analysis artifacts, requirement level classifications, techniques for eliciting and analyzing requirements;
• Proficiency in modeling tools: BPMN, UML, and others;
• Knowledge of prototyping tools;
• Understanding of business process analysis and optimization methods, including defining business requirements and process modeling;
• Knowledge of information technologies, including databases, software development, system architecture, etc.;
• Understanding of project management methods and ability to work with project documentation;
• Knowledge of methodologies and tools for software development;
• Ability to work in and lead a team, including coordinating work and resolving conflicts.

Would be a plus:

• Understanding of gambling regulation principles (licensing, responsible gaming, etc.);
• Understanding of traffic acquisition principles (SEO, affiliate marketing, retention & conversion funnels);
• Experience working with BI tools.

Main responsibilities:

• Communicating with stakeholders to gather information;
• Creating and maintaining technical and user documentation;
• Collaborating with the business analyst team and clients to collect necessary information for documentation development;
• Developing user documentation;
• Developing project documentation for new projects;
• Developing project documentation for existing products;
• Researching the domain and defining business requirements;
• Collecting, analyzing, and formalizing functional requirements related to IT processes;
• Interacting with development, design, and data analytics specialists;
• Preparing graphical diagrams for developers.
