Technical Recruiter to $2000

Hello, we are looking for a talented Technical Recruiter who will help us close technical positions.

Responsibilities:

โ€” Full recruitment cycle (search, selection, technical interviews) for Ukrainian and international positions.

โ€” Hiring for technical positions.

โ€” Active use of LinkedIn, DOU, Djinni.

โ€” Collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders on candidate requirements.

โ€” Task prioritization and effective planning in a multitasking environment.
 

Requirements:

โ€” Experience as a technical recruiter in the IT field (including international recruitment).

โ€” Upper-intermediate level of English.

โ€” Strong skills in searching for candidates on LinkedIn.

โ€” Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

โ€” Experience working in an international environment.
 

Would be a plus: Experience hiring in different markets for different stakeholders.

 Salary and bonuses discussed on call.
