Hello, we are looking for a talented Technical Recruiter who will help us close technical positions.

Responsibilities:

— Full recruitment cycle (search, selection, technical interviews) for Ukrainian and international positions.

— Hiring for technical positions.

— Active use of LinkedIn, DOU, Djinni.

— Collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders on candidate requirements.

— Task prioritization and effective planning in a multitasking environment.
 

Requirements:

— Experience as a technical recruiter in the IT field (including international recruitment).

— Upper-intermediate level of English.

— Strong skills in searching for candidates on LinkedIn.

— Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

— Experience working in an international environment.
 

Would be a plus: Experience hiring in different markets for different stakeholders.
