Head of Marketing
We’re looking for someone who will take ownership of scaling our marketing function, with a strong focus on inbound lead generation, SEO strategy, and positioning the company as a leader in outsourcing and software development.
If inbound marketing is your native language, and you’re ready to jump into high-season with zero onboarding issues, this role is for you.
Your future tasks:
Quickly review our existing inbound lead generation strategy, identify low hanging fruits and growth areas, and execute short-, mid-, and long-term vision.
Work closely with Sales and align on marketing initiatives, expectations, and goals.
Scale existing marketing platforms and develop new inbound channels.
Oversee website, blog, and knowledge hub as key inbound engines.
Establish KPIs for marketing performance: lead volume, lead quality, MQLs, SQLs.
Implement marketing analytics and reporting to measure channel effectiveness and optimize budget allocation.
Own the marketing technology stack (CRM, automation, analytics, CMS).
What we expect from you:
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing leadership roles, preferably in IT services, outsourcing, or software development.
Expertise with platforms like Clutch, Goodfirms, DesignRush, Capterra and others.
Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, automation, and analytics.
Advanced English for confident communication with third-party providers.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, ability to create clear reports.
Data-driven mindset and experience in performance measurement and ROI optimization.
Proven ability to take things from 80 to 100 (we already have strong positions, now we aim for Top 5).
Experience with HubSpot and Notion to onboard quickly.
Ability to use LLMs (ChatGPT and others) for automation support.
