Senior Research Manager (Remote, Full-time)

We are looking for a Senior Research Manager — someone who is client-focused, result-oriented, and eager to grow while exploring new opportunities.

🔎 What we expect from you:

• 2+ years of experience as a research manager or analyst in marketing and/or sociological research
• Solid background in quantitative research (qualitative research experience is a plus)
• Degree in Sociology, Social Sciences, Marketing, or related field
• Strong knowledge of quantitative methods, statistical analysis, and sampling principles
• Experience preparing and delivering impactful presentations tailored to business needs
• Proven communication skills with both clients and research teams
• Project management experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with SPSS, Power BI, Tableau, or R would be an advantage
• English level: B1+

🎯 Your key responsibilities:

• Analyzing client requests and preparing research proposals
• Designing research projects and developing methodologies
• Managing research projects end-to-end (including client and team communication)
• Developing questionnaires and research tools
• Overseeing fieldwork implementation
• Analyzing data, preparing analytical reports
• Presenting results and insights to clients
• Contributing to product development and reporting improvements
• Mentoring junior colleagues
