Junior HR Manager

Evowill is looking for a Junior HR Manager. We would be happy to collaborate if you’re passionate about helping young developers start their programming careers and enjoy creating a supportive environment.

  • English – Intermediate.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating a safe and comfortable workplace that promotes trust and productivity;
  • Scheduling and facilitating one-on-one meetings with employees to discuss their development, address concerns, and provide support;
  • Monitor the adaptation of employees;
  • Managing internal communications.
