Junior HR Manager
Evowill is looking for a Junior HR Manager. We would be happy to collaborate if you’re passionate about helping young developers start their programming careers and enjoy creating a supportive environment.
You are:

- Prefer to work remotely and flexibly (in the Ukrainian timezone);
- English – Intermediate.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating a safe and comfortable workplace that promotes trust and productivity;
- Scheduling and facilitating one-on-one meetings with employees to discuss their development, address concerns, and provide support;
- Monitor the adaptation of employees;
- Managing internal communications.
