B2B Technical Support Engineer
We're seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team supporting professional trading companies.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve complex B2B client queries via email
- Investigate issues and participate in root cause analysis
- Collaborate with DevOps, IT, and R&D teams to deliver solutions
Document and structure client feedback for product improvement
Required Skills:
- Fluent English (business communication level)
- Ukrainian language proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in technical support, preferably B2B
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
- Patience, responsibility, and stress tolerance
Avaliability during late night hours-early morning hours
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of US Equity (stock) markets
- Experience with financial platforms
- Experience with AI/ML systems
