Junior ASO/ASA Specialist

We are expanding and looking for an ASO & ASA Specialist to strengthen our app store presence, scale installs, and maximize revenue through optimized strategies and data-driven campaigns.
Our product
AlpaCards — an English learning app in the format of flashcards. We combine effective learning methods, gamification, and integrated AI features to make the learning process engaging and efficient.
Your impact
- Define and drive ASO & ASA strategy aligned with company growth goals.
- Research keywords, optimize metadata, and improve store presence (App Store & Google Play).
- Enhance conversion rates by optimizing creative assets and texts.
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and store experiments.
- Monitor and evaluate KPIs to ensure sustainable growth and ROI.
- Research competitors and organic trends to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with development, marketing, and product teams to align efforts.
- Use CPP to create customized acquisition flows.
- Plan, launch, and optimize ASA campaigns to drive installs and maximize revenue.
- Analyze ASA performance and provide actionable improvements.
About you
- 1+ year of experience in ASO & ASA for mobile apps (App Store & Google Play).
- Strong understanding of store algorithms, keyword research, metadata, ranking factors.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, creatives, and metadata optimization.
- Experience with CPP for customized store experiences.
- Proven track record in managing and optimizing ASA campaigns for growth and ROI.
- Proficiency with ASA tools & platforms (e.g., Search Ads Manager, AppsFlyer).
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and design.
