Middle UI/UX Designer Offline

We are a young, ambitious, and fast-growing company that creates innovative digital products and confidently expands our presence in global markets.We’re looking for a Middle UI/UX Designer who can turn product goals into clean, intuitive, and high-converting user experiences. If you love crafting interfaces that look sharp and feel effortless to use — this might be a perfect match!

What you’ll do:

• Development of UX flows and modern UI designs for the marketing product.
• Creating attractive and visually balanced interfaces that align with business goals and user expectations.
• Designing promo banners, landing pages, and marketing materials.
• Ensuring high-quality user experience through research, prototyping, and close collaboration with the product team.
• Building and maintaining existing design systems and UI components.
• Preparing layouts in Figma, taking into account technical requirements and adaptation for different devices.

• Participating in internal design reviews and improving solutions based on feedback and analytics.

   

What we expect:

• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer on web projects.
• Experience working with products in the marketing field and understanding of industry specifics.
• Proficient in Figma: working with components, auto-layouts, tokens, prototypes, and libraries.
• Experience in creating and working with ready-made UI kits.
• Understanding of UX design principles, user logic, and behavior.
• Strong skills in creating visually appealing interfaces and creative layouts.
• Ability to work on multiple products in parallel while maintaining each product’s style.
• Basic understanding of frontend implementation constraints (HTML/CSS) and responsive design.
• Ability to present and justify design decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of visual culture.
• Experience collaborating with teams: product managers, developers, and marketing specialists.
• Skills in working with AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Recraft, etc.).

• Knowledge of Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator) at a basic or higher level.
