What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for Vietnam.
• Driving growth by managing P&L, FTD, retention, and ROI for the region.
• Building and maintaining partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and local agencies.
• Ensuring full product localization: language, payments, support, marketing.
• Monitoring competition, market trends, and regulatory updates.
• Hiring and managing a local team to deliver on growth goals.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You’re fluent in Vietnamese and English (Russian is a plus).
• You understand the Vietnamese market and its players.
• You enjoy solving problems and keeping things running smoothly.
