Position Overview
We are seeking a Junior Project Manager with a deep background in Business Analysis to manage small-to-mid size projects, coordinate development teams, and ensure that client requirements are fully understood, documented, and implemented. This role bridges the gap between the business needs and the technical solution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management

  • Assist in planning, executing, and closing software development projects.
  • Coordinate project schedules, tasks, and resources.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation plans.
  • Prepare regular status updates for stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.

Business Analysis

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear specifications for the development team.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and developers to ensure understanding of requirements.
  • Support backlog grooming and user story preparation.
  • Participate in solution design discussions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct requirements traceability to ensure all deliverables meet business needs.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a liaison between clients, business users, and technical teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather feedback and clarify requirements.
  • Support change request evaluation and prioritization.

Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis (IT projects, preferably software development).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, and wireframes.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office / Google Workspace, and diagramming tools (Lucidchart, Miro, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing small projects or workstreams.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of QA processes and UI/UX collaboration.
