About the Role
The Amazon Conversion & Optimization Manager will take full responsibility for increasing listing conversion and driving sales growth. Around 80 % of the work is focused on Amazon US, with successful solutions later applied to the Shopify website and other marketplaces.
Requirements
✅Confident work with Amazon Seller Central (full listing management and optimization).
🛠️Strong experience with Helium 10, DataDive, and Amazon Brand Analytics.
📊Ability to design and run A/B tests and clearly interpret results.
🤖Skilled in using AI tools for research, idea generation, and creating draft visuals for briefs.
💬Experience with Slack and Google Sheets/Docs to maintain structured change logs and give precise tasks to content/video designers
🔎Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and good English (B1+).
Would be a plus
🎨Basic Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma skills
💻Knowledge of HTML/CSS and Google Apps Script
🛒Experience with Shopify and other marketplaces
Key Responsibilities
🔍Deep market and competitor research to spot trends, find strong and weak points of listings, and detect hidden opportunities.
💡Idea generation and A/B testing — building clear hypotheses, planning and running experiments, and scaling winning solutions.
🤖AI-driven visualization and briefing — using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Midjourney to create draft visuals and provide designers with precise briefs.
📈Data analysis and reporting — combining Amazon reports (Search Query Performance, Brand Analytics, Business Reports) with Helium 10 and DataDive to measure results and recommend next steps.
🤝Cross-team collaboration — working daily with the Sales Department Team (Amazon PPC, Content Manager, Video Designer, Account Manager) and coordinating with the Supply Chain and Finance Teams to keep inventory, promotions, and forecasts aligned.
