About the Team:

Audience Team is an analytics team that works with content, tests, audiences, and platform solutions. We manage posting systems and make sure everything works correctly. We are looking for a detail-oriented and technical person to help with posting setup and support.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze data from social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, validate, and structure data
• Build and maintain dashboards, templates, and reports (Google Sheets, Looker Studio/Data Studio)
• Ensure accuracy in posting setups, formats, and technical workflows
• Handle technical tasks: data export/import, file validation, and process checks
• Collaborate with the team to quickly resolve analytical and technical issues

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Solid knowledge of SQL (queries, filtering, aggregation, basic joins)
• Strong skills in Google Sheets (formulas, sorting, pivot tables, filters)
• Understanding of how major social media platforms work (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
• English level B1+ (able to read interfaces, instructions, and emails)
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with large data sets
• Quick learner, proactive, and team player
• (Nice to have) Experience with Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, YouTube Studio, or CRM systems
