AI Solution Tech Lead

We’re looking for an AI Solution Tech Lead who doesn’t just write code but thinks like a product owner. You’ll be building prototypes for client presales, solving complex technical challenges, and driving tasks to completion even when the brief is incomplete and deadlines are tight. Please note that this position is open exclusively to Ukrainian professionals, regardless of their current country of residence

What you’ll do:

• build full-stack + AI prototypes for clients under tight deadlines (MVP/PoC).
• integrate modern AI/ML libraries into real business use cases.
• solution architecture design, and systems thinking.
• participate in presales by providing technical expertise, ideas, and demos to clients.
• lead in solving complex problems and proactively improve processes.
   

What we expect:

• 5+ years of Full-stack development (React/Next.js, Node.js/Python).
• experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar).
• ability to learn fast and apply new tools effectively.
• proven experience in solution architecture and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• В2+ level of English.
