About the Role

This role is for engineers who thrive in dynamic environments, where processes are still being shaped and impact is immediate. We focus on goals rather than ceremonies: no endless grooming sessions or heavy planning rituals.

Our processes are still evolving, so you’ll have a direct influence on how they are shaped. There are no layers of managers or endless approvals – decisions are made quickly through open discussions and direct collaboration.

Previous startup experience is not required. What matters is being ready to work without rigid rules, take initiative, and make decisions independently.

What You’ll Do

• Own the development of web UI application using TypeScript / React / HTML / CSS
• Partner with the PO, Backend Lead, and UX Engineer to plan, prioritize, and execute feature development
• Work closely with the UI Designer
• Possess a critical eye for current enterprise application design and a passion for delivering superior, user-centered solutions
• Passionate about coding and writing easy to read and efficient source code

• TypeScript Proficiency: Strong coding skills
• React Experience: Preferred background in building user interfaces with React
• Core Web Skills: Fluent in modern HTML/CSS
