About the Company
We are two Ukrainian founders based in Silicon Valley, building the next generation of AI-driven lead conversion software. Our product helps businesses sell more through AI automations, combining omni-channel communication, lead nurturing, lead reactivation, and AI voice agents. With our proprietary technology, we empower companies to stop missing opportunities and convert more leads into revenue.
We are at an early stage and currently onboarding our first clients. Our immediate goal is to secure our first 10 customers and scale to 100+ with the right growth leadership.
Who Weβre Looking For
Weβre hiring a Head of Growth to design and execute our acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for building scalable customer acquisition pipelines, with an initial focus on:
- LinkedIn outreach & posting
- Cold email campaigns
- Experimenting with other high-impact acquisition channels
Your mission: land our first 100 customers in the U.S. market, with a focus on automotive, home contractors (roofing, plumbing), and real estate verticals.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, sales, or demand generation
- Proven track record of building scalable lead acquisition systems
- Background in IT consulting or SaaS pipeline development
- Hands-on expertise in outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, content-driven lead gen)
- Familiarity with at least one of our verticals: automotive, contractors, or real estate
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
