At JayJay School, we create online courses in marketing, design, and IT for the Indonesian market. Thousands of students have already benefited from our programs. As we plan to expand into Germany, we’re seeking motivated individuals who want to launch their sales career - no prior experience required!

What you’ll do:

• Talk to incoming leads who are already interested in our courses.
• Learn to present courses and guide clients through the decision process.
• Keep client records updated in our CRM.
• Work closely with experienced colleagues and grow your skills step by step.
   

What we’re looking for:

• Native Ukrainian speaker + excellent German (preferably C1, or B2+).
• Strong communication skills and empathy.
• Curious, motivated, and responsible.
• Goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving significant sales targets.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Eager to start a career in sales even without prior experience.
