Junior Business Analyst to $800

We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our product team. You’ll work side by side with an experienced BA, supporting the development team and learning how to turn business needs into scalable product solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, structure, and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the development team.
• Participate in team ceremonies (daily stand-ups, refinements, retrospectives, demos).
• Validate delivered functionality against UAT and acceptance criteria.
• Keep product documentation up-to-date in Confluence.
• Provide ongoing clarifications and updates to developers.
• Analyze business processes and suggest improvements that add value.

What We’re Looking For

• Up to 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role (internships, projects, or coursework also count).
• Strong written and spoken English (B2 or higher).
• Basic understanding of front-end, back-end, and APIs.
• Familiarity with requirements artifacts (user stories, UML activity diagrams, use case diagrams).
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
• Ability to prioritize tasks in line with business goals.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Draw.io, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different stakeholders.
