Wordpress Developer

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress plugins and themes.
• Write clean, well-structured, and efficient PHP code with a strong grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Integrate third-party APIs and ensure seamless data handling between WooCommerce, Zoho Inventory, CRMs, and other platforms.
• Optimize database queries and server-side performance for scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues promptly.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and designers to implement features with pixel-perfect accuracy.
• Ensure compatibility across hosting environments and PHP versions.
• Follow secure coding practices and perform regular vulnerability checks.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in PHP with deep understanding of OOP and WordPress Codex.
• Experience developing and customizing WooCommerce.
• Solid knowledge of MySQL and experience with complex queries and data structures.
• Experience with REST APIs, AJAX, and JSON.
• Familiarity with version control (Git).
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred (Bonus)

• Experience with Zoho Inventory, Zapier, or CRM integrations.
• Understanding WooCommerce shipping and inventory syncing logic.
• Experience with custom post types, advanced custom fields (ACF), and admin UI improvements.
