  • 2+ years in customer support
  • 1+ year in crypto/web3 (is a must)
  • English C1+, Russian or Ukrainian C1
  • Experience in Google Sheets (reports, formulas)
  • Customer care orientation
  • High writing grammar and attention to detail

πŸ”Ή Responsibilities

  • Customer support via Intercom
  • Managing and auditing user accounts
  • Manual transactions
  • Reporting

Required domain experience

Blockchain / Crypto 1 year

Required languages

English C1 β€” Advanced

Russian C1 β€” Advanced OR Ukrainian Native
