Python Developer to $4050

We build an innovative solution for the fashion industry that delivers data-driven trend analysis and competitive insights. By leveraging Big Data and AI, we help brands create successful collections, optimize operations, and reduce ecological impact by an average of 25%.

We are looking for a strong Python Developer who can work with complex pipelines, optimize performance, integrate AI models, and improve data quality. Around 20% of the role involves Data Engineering tasks and supporting ETL architecture.

✨ Your Role (Python-focused)

Code Audit & Optimization (80% Python)

• Analyze and refactor existing Python code in ETL and backend services.
• Identify performance bottlenecks in data processing.
• Propose architectural and performance improvements.

Performance Engineering

• Work with large datasets (millions of records).
• Optimize PostgreSQL queries: indexing, partitioning, caching.
• Improve backend response times and BI dashboard performance.

AI Model Integration

• Integrate Mistral, OpenAI, Gemini and other AI models into data/ML pipelines.
• Prepare and normalize data for inference.
• Build stable internal APIs or microservices for ML tasks.

Technical Excellence

• Refactor modules into a scalable, maintainable architecture.
• Write high-quality documentation and participate in code reviews.
• Support technical roadmap execution and reduce technical debt.

Data Engineering Responsibilities (20%)

ETL / Prefect

• Maintain and partially redesign ETL pipelines.
• Build stable and automated Prefect workflows.

Monitoring & Data Quality

• Implement Grafana/Prometheus monitoring dashboards.
• Develop automated data quality checks and alerting.
• Ensure versioning and traceability for normalization rules.

Cloud (AWS)

• Work with S3, ECS, Aurora and contribute to cost-optimization efforts.

• AWS: S3, ECS, Aurora (cost optimization basics).
• Monitoring: Grafana, Prometheus.
• Experience working with large-scale data systems.

Nice-to-Have

• GCP basics.
• Experience integrating LLM models.
• BI dashboard optimization experience.
