Softsich is a young and ambitious international product tech company that develops scalable B2B digital platforms. We’re on the lookout for an experienced Affiliate Manager who’s ready to grow with us and strengthen our bold, fast-moving partner program that’s already making noise in the affiliate market.
At Softsich we:
- Launch new products every quarter.
- Hold leading positions across global markets (NL, IE, GR, DE, BE, LX, ES, PT, FR).
- Actively develop our own platform.
- Showcase at top industry conferences with our own booth.
Here you’ll become a vital part of our marketing team and drive productive collaborations with partners across key markets.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with partners: maintaining and developing cooperation with existing partners (RS, CPA, Hybrid, Flat fee, EPC). Driving profitability growth through active communication and campaign analysis.
- Acquiring new partners: identifying, negotiating, and onboarding new RS, CPA, Hybrid, Flat fee partners to expand the network.
- Performance analysis: monitoring and analyzing partner activities, defining KPIs, and providing reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Budget management: controlling the marketing budget, maximizing ROI, and collaborating with analysts to optimize efficiency.
- Brand promotion: representing the company at industry events (exhibitions, conferences) and building brand awareness of the partner program.
- Cross-team collaboration: working closely with Retention, Support, Outbound, Product, and Analytics teams to optimize the sales funnel.
- Business trips: attending international conferences to network, research markets, and showcase our products.
It’s a match if you have:
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate or partner marketing in a similar role.
- Strong experience with global markets (NL, IE, GR, DE, BE, LX, ES, PT, FR).
- Deep knowledge of RS, CPA, Hybrid, Flat fee models.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close profitable deals.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
- Proficiency with analytical tools and reporting.
- Personal qualities: proactivity, accountability, communication skills.
