SEO / Linkbuilding Specialist

We are looking for an experienced SEO & Linkbuilding Specialist to strengthen our overall SEO strategy and build a high-quality backlink profile. The ideal candidate has proven expertise in both on-page SEO and link building, with hands-on experience in link outreach, competitor analysis, and website optimization. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of SEO best practices are essential for success in this role.

At the moment, our marketing department is just being formed, so initially the role will combine both SEO management and link-building tasks, as there won’t yet be enough link-building work for a full-time position. Over time, as the process scales, we plan to hire an additional specialist.

This role offers clear growth opportunities — toward SEO management and a team lead role for link-building specialists. For now, the key priority is to launch and establish this process together.
 

Required Skills
 

🔹 Proven expertise in both SEO and link building
🔹 Hands-on expertise in backlink strategy development and competitor backlink analysis
🔹 Proficiency with SEO and link analysis tools (Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, or similar)
🔹 Strong research, outreach, and negotiation skills, ideally with experience in building partnerships for backlinks
🔹 Ability to streamline and automate link-building processes
🔹 Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and accurate record-keeping
🔹 English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher
 

Responsibilities

🔹 Perform SEO activities (strategy, content planning)
🔹 Monitor website performance and rankings, suggesting improvements where needed
🔹 Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented
🔹 Identify and reach out to relevant websites for link-building opportunities
🔹 Analyze potential link partners (relevance, DA/DR, spam score, traffic, etc.)
🔹 Conduct competitor backlink analysis to uncover new proven link sources
🔹 Maintain a well-organized database of exchanges and monitor live links
🔹 Ensure all link placements appear natural and aligned with SEO strategies
🔹 Optimize based on key metrics and test hypotheses to improve outcomes
🔹 Report on and analyze performance
