Junior Agile Delivery Manager to $1100

The organisation is seeking a Junior Agile Delivery Manager to drive delivery excellence and strengthen agile ways of working across its digital technology team. Key Responsibilities

• Delivery Oversight: Own progress reporting, partner with engineering and product teams, manage resource planning, and ensure delivery excellence across multiple workstreams.
• Consultative Leadership: Mentor team members fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and results focus.
• Agile Evangelism: Drive pragmatic adoption and evolution of agile practices, tailoring approaches to meet organisational needs.
• Quality & Governance: Oversee delivery governance to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations.

Key Requirements
Essential:

• Experience in managing solution delivery with a cross-functional development squad
• Good understanding of IT development process
• Must be able to set up agile processes from scratch and explain importance
• Strong stakeholder management and alignment skills.
• Good understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and ability to apply them effectively.
• Strategic knowledge of delivery lifecycles, processes, and cross-team coordination.
• Familiarity with modern engineering practices, including architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Desirable:

• Experience in software development.
• Experience with AI models.
• Project management experience.
