HR Manager
We’re looking for a proactive HR Manager to strengthen and optimize our people processes, support managers as a trusted partner, and help employees grow and stay engaged.
Hiring process: Intro call with a Recruiter — Technical interview (with Operations Manager and CEO) — Offer.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR Manager in the IT industry;
- Strong knowledge of modern HR practices, including methods for attracting, onboarding, and retaining employees;
- Proven experience in providing full-cycle HR support: onboarding, adaptation, regular 1:1 meetings, employee development, performance evaluation, and exit interviews;
- Ability to work with HR analytics and surveys, draw conclusions, and implement practical solutions;
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and HR tools (Hurma or other HRM);
- Capability to combine structured, systematic approaches with creativity and flexibility;
- Strong understanding of both business needs and employee needs, with the ability to maintain a healthy balance between them;
- High level of empathy, communication skills, and active listening;
- Responsibility, proactivity, and strategic thinking;
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities effectively;
- Stress resistance, and the ability to work efficiently in a multitasking environment.
Nice to have:
- Work experience and willingness to participate in the recruitment process if necessary.
What You Will Do as a HR Manager:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes that support business goals and company culture;
- Partner with managers and team leads to understand business needs and align them with employee needs, ensuring a balanced approach;
- Lead the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance reviews, employee development, and offboarding;
- Monitor and improve employee engagement, motivation, and retention through surveys, feedback sessions, and initiatives;
- Assist in resolving issues within teams (communication, processes, organizational matters);
- Support team leaders, act as an advisor and assistant;
- Participate in preparing gifts and small team activities;
- Create and distribute a corporate digest together with the design team;
- Manage the company’s corporate Instagram in collaboration with the content writer and design team.
