Treasury Manager
We’re rapidly growing and inviting a Treasury Manager to our team.
Required skills and expertise:
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience as a Treasury Manager or Finance Manager in the payment services/fintech, banking industry or IT;
- Hands-on experience with various payment methods, incl. wire transfers, corporate cards, cryptocurrencies;
- Expertise in managing and optimizing payment operations;
- Experience with opening and closing bank accounts/corporate cards/wallets, as well as experience in communication and negotiations with the banks, contractor companies and partners;
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables;
- Demonstrated analytical abilities, exceptional problem-solving prowess, and a keen eye for detail;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of emerging payment technologies;
- Background in fast-scaling startups or global companies.
You would be running such tasks as:
Cash Management:
- Daily cash flow management, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs;
- Developing and implementing strategies for efficient cash management, including forecasting and monitoring cash positions;
- Liaising with financial institutions to negotiate favorable FX rates;
- Carrying out exchange operations and settlements;
- Opening and closing bank accounts/corporate cards/wallets;
Risk Management:
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks, including interest rate, foreign exchange, and liquidity risks.
Reporting and Compliance:
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all treasury activities;
- Preparing regular treasury and risk management reports.
