Position

UI/UX Designer — Remote, full-time, flexible schedule. You’ll work on international web and mobile projects in a collaborative, product-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive web and mobile interfaces in Figma
• Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect layouts
• Build and maintain design systems and component libraries
• Collaborate closely with PMs, developers, and stakeholders
• Analyze existing products and propose UX/UI improvements backed by data and research
• Present and justify design decisions to the team and clients

Requirements

• 1+ year of commercial UI/UX experience
• Portfolio with web or mobile projects (links required)
• Strong Figma skills (auto-layout, components, variants, prototyping)
• Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and the mobile-first approach
• Ability to work with graphic assets (icons, simple banners/visuals)

Nice to have

• Experience building/maintaining design systems at scale
• Skills in user research, prototyping, and usability testing
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for better dev handoff
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, GA4) to inform design decisions
