Job Summary

As a Graphic Designer, you will have the opportunity to impact the brand’s visual presence for our cutting-edge Game and Entertainment Platform by designing high-quality graphic materials that resonate with our audience across multiple platforms. Your expertise will drive user engagement and strengthen our brand presence.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design.
  • 2+ years of design experience in the gambling/gaming or crypto industry.Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.Proficiency in AI-powered graphic design tools to streamline your workflow.
  • Experience with gambling/casino features and UI elements.
  • Ability to adapt designs for multiple platforms (Discord, X, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Understanding of digital and print layout principles.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX for improving user experience.
  • A creative, resourceful mindset with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian and proficiency in English for technical collaboration in a remote/global team setting.
  • Ability to work within the CET/EET time zone.


Your Advantage 

  • Experience with Skin/NFT Gambling.
  • Experience in Blender for 3D modelling, animation, and visual effects to create immersive 3D graphics for online gambling/gaming products.
  • Previous experience working in a start-up environment with rapid iteration cycles.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design visuals, logos, icons, and promotional graphics for our products.
  • Development and support of corporate style and design system.
  • Work on marketing campaigns (landings, emails, banners, social media).
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to deliver high-quality visuals that align with the company's business goals and enhance our promotional efforts..
  • Create new and refine existing promo content to boost engagement.


Recruitment Process

  1. Application Review (1-2 weeks).

  2. Interview Stages (2-3 weeks).
    1. Prescreen Call with Recruiter - 30 min.
    2. Test Assignment.
    3. Technical Interview with Head of Design - 1 hr.
    4. Final Interview with CPO - 30 min.
