Solutions Architect (Web3/Blockchain)

EvaCodes is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to define and drive the technical vision of our blockchain and Web3 projects. You will design scalable architectures, guide development teams, and collaborate with clients to deliver secure, high-quality solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong expertise in software development, blockchain, tokenization, and DeFi.

Responsibilities

• Define technical architecture feature design and ensure scalable, secure, and efficient system design, including DeFi protocols, tokenization platforms, and smart contracts.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions (WBS) for tokenized assets, staking, lending, DEXs.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, mentoring engineers and ensuring best practices.
• Oversee code quality, security, and performance through reviews and testing.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Evaluate and integrate new tools, frameworks, and blockchain technologies to improve product capabilities.
• Advise on smart contract standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, ERC-1400, ERC-4626), cross-chain solutions, and Layer-2 networks.
   

Requirements

• 5+ years in software development (backend or full-stack), with proven leadership experience.
• Strong background in blockchain/Web3 (smart contracts, decentralized apps, token standards).
• Solid knowledge of system design, architecture patterns, algorithms, and scalability.
• Experience with APIs (REST/GraphQL), SQL/NoSQL databases, and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with security best practices for smart contracts (reentrancy, flash loan attacks, audits).
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Nice-to-have: experience with wallets, oracles, cross-chain bridges, Layer-2, and EVM-compatible L1s (Hyperledger Besu, Remix, Truffle, etc.).
