UI/UX Designer to $3000

What You’ll Be Doing

User Research – Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs, pain points, and behaviors. Use insights to inform product decisions and improve UX.

Experience Design – Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps that clearly communicate design ideas and solve real problems.

Interaction Design – Define smooth, intuitive interactions and micro-interactions. Work closely with developers to ensure flawless handoff and implementation.

Visual Design – Craft clean, modern, and visually cohesive UI that aligns with brand guidelines and enhances the user experience.

Cross-functional Collaboration – Partner with product managers, engineers, and marketers throughout the entire product development process.

Stay Ahead of the Curve – Keep up with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices. Share your findings and help push the team forward.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped products.

Solid experience designing for consumer-facing (B2C) and native mobile apps (iOS and Android).

Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and how to apply them in real-world products.

Experience working within or contributing to design systems.

Strong problem-solving skills — you don’t just spot issues, you come up with thoughtful, creative solutions.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
