Senior Project Manager

Glorium Technologies is an outsourcing company with an HQ in NJ and development centers in Ukraine, Poland, and Cyprus. We were founded in 2010 and have already expanded our team to over 180 sharp-minded people. The majority of our projects are within the Healthcare and Real Estate domains.

We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong technical background. This role involves managing complex IT projects, working with cross-functional teams, and directly engaging with clients to align project outcomes with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in technology, project lifecycle management, and a proven ability to support the pre-sales process to drive project success.

Does this relate to you?

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT outsourcing projects.
• Previous experience in a technical role (developer, AQA, devops) is a must.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies
  (Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• English is upper-intermediate or advanced.
• Demonstrated experience in pre-sales activities is nice to have.

This is an advanced workflow management system for the U.S. radiology sector. This platform enables physicians to make remote diagnoses using sonograms, electrocardiograms, ultrasound imaging, and other scans while optimizing workload distribution among doctors.

A new team member will be in charge of:

•  Lead end-to-end project management for IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and technical feasibility.
• Engage in pre-sales activities, including client consultations, technical solution development, and crafting proposals.
• Define project scope, develop project plans, and identify resource needs in alignment with project goals.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining communication to manage expectations and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Oversee risk management, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and team performance.
• Ensure alignment between client requirements, technical resources, and project objectives.
