Paid Ads and Social Media Specialist (B2B Lead Generation)

About the Role

We are seeking a Paid Ads & Social Media Specialist with expertise in B2B lead generation and multi-account content management across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms. This role combines campaign execution with social media strategy, content planning, and performance reporting for a diverse portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will be both analytical and creative, able to optimise paid ads while building engaging, industry-relevant content strategies that drive visibility, leads, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Advertising & Lead Generation:
    • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing) optimised for B2B pipelines.
    • Execute and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead acquisition and conversion.
    • Manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns for account-based marketing, sponsored content, and lead generation funnels.
    • Build and refine remarketing audiences and funnels to increase conversion.
  • Social Media Strategy & Content:
    • Create and implement social media strategies for 5+ client accounts across different industries.
    • CEO ghostwriting for LinkedIn 
    • Manage Business page accounts  
    • Develop content calendars with clear timelines, direction, and campaign alignment.
    • Create engaging and relevant content tailored to each client’s industry and audience.
    • Research trending topics, hashtags, and industry conversations to keep content fresh and relevant.
    • Support client growth by connecting with key industry leaders and integrating lead magnets into campaigns.
    • Ability to schedule content in advance, apply feedback quickly, and ensure content is delivered on time.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Generate monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for optimisation.
    • Track KPIs and campaign ROI across paid and organic channels using Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and platform-native dashboards.
  • Client Support & Additional Capabilities:
    • Collaborate with internal and client teams to align paid and organic strategies.
    • Assist in email marketing campaigns (via Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Zoho, or HubSpot) — design is not required as we have inhouse graphic designer to assist. 
    • Provide proactive insights, research, and recommendations to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion across client accounts.

  • Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram lead generation campaigns)
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) & Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • CRM/Lead Management Platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Social Media Scheduling Tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar)
  • Email Marketing Tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Zoho, HubSpot)

     

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver tailored content strategies.
  • Strong background in content planning, social media calendars, and engagement strategies.
  • Excellent ability to analyse data, report on results, and optimise campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting and creative skills with a keen eye for industry relevance.
  • Ability to work across industries and adapt tone, messaging, and approach per client.
  • Familiarity with lead magnets, audience building, and funnel-based marketing.
