Lead Generation Manager - LinkedIn
We are looking for an independent Lead Generation Manager to own the full LinkedIn prospecting. From selecting strategy, building weekly target lists, executing outreach - to handling communications to convert prospects into MQLs, and delivering meetings for the sales team.
US schedule. Working hours from 04:00 pm to 00:00 am EET;
Responsibilities:
- Plan a weekly prospecting strategy per account based on ICP and campaign goals.
- Source and validate targets using enrichment tools.
- Manually curate prospects per account per week and load clean lists.
- Build and maintain message sequences.
- Operate automation tools and health checks.
- Monitor and reply to responses.
- Track performance and report insights, experiments, and next steps
- Run A and B tests on copy, audience, and cadences to improve conversion.
- Keep a living playbook of ICPs, templates, and standard operating procedures.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven LinkedIn outbound experience focused on MQL delivery.
- Strong research ability.
- Excellent written English.
- Hands-on with LinkedIn automation.
- Comfortable with experimentation, data tracking, and iteration.
- High ownership mindset and clear communication.
Experience with a variety of tools is needed to deliver the results, or a desire to learn and use new tools if they bring more value.
