AI Integration Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on, proactive AI Integration Specialist to help us design and implement smart, scalable, and business-relevant automations using cutting-edge AI models and tools. You will be responsible for configuring LLM-based agents, integrating APIs, and enabling automated workflows that boost productivity and enhance our product capabilities.
This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering, product operations, and automation design. You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate real-world problems into intelligent, automated solutions powered by AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and configure AI agents and tools (OpenAI, Langchain, AutoGen, etc.) for internal and product-facing use cases.
- Build and optimize automated workflows using LLMs and prompt-based logic.
- Collaborate with backend/frontend teams to integrate agents into web and mobile applications.
- Work with API and plugin integrations to connect external services and tools.
- Support the deployment of custom models, agents, or automation pipelines into production environments.
- Monitor agent performance, gather feedback, and iterate on behavior and configuration.
- Maintain documentation and configuration templates for reusable AI workflows.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in technical roles related to automation, integrations, or scripting.
- Solid understanding of how modern LLMs work (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini).
- Familiarity with AI frameworks and agent orchestration tools (Langchain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.).
- Experience with API integrations and webhooks (e.g., Zapier, Make, or custom integrations).
- Ability to write and debug prompts, create agent instructions, and fine-tune behavior via configuration.
- Basic scripting skills for automation and API handling.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to technical detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience with OpenAI Assistants API, GPT-4o, Claude 3, or similar models.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and function calling mechanisms.
- Background in SaaS, DevOps, or product-based companies.
- Previous experience working with tools like Supabase, Firebase, or Vercel.
- Understanding of basic data engineering and logging/monitoring setups.
