Manual QA Engineer (web applications)

Now we are looking for a Middle Manual QA Engineer to join our team.

What you’ll do:

• Manual testing of web applications (desktop and mobile)
• Verification of UI, API, business logic, analytics, and payment flows
• Requirement analysis, creation of test cases and test scenarios
• Bug verification and retesting
• Participation in QA processes: planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives
• Collaboration with developers, product managers, and designers

• Execution and monitoring of automated test suites (Python + Selenium), analyzing failures, and collaborating with developers on fixes

   

Your professional qualities:

• 2+ years experience in web application testing
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of various testing types: functional, regression, cross-browser, and responsive testing
• Ability to create test cases, checklists, and bug reports
• Hands-on experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira)
• Experience testing REST APIs using tools such as Postman or Swagger
• Confident use of browser DevTools (Network, Console, Elements)
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience working with Git
• Basic SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) skills (e.g., querying, data validation)
• Understanding of analytics tracking and experience validating events in Amplitude, Gismart, Appsflyer, etc.

• English level: Intermediate+ (able to read documentation and write test reports)

   

Will be a plus:

• Experience with automated testing (e.g., Python, Selenium)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test integration
• Experience validating integrations with payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Braintree)

• Experience working with sandbox payment cards
